Using your date of birth, Bio-Charting will provide you with a detailed analysis of any specified 32-day period of your choice. Each of us is exposed to periodic external influences: lunar cycles, changing seasons, day/night, etc. We are likewise subjected to internal influences that are also beyond our control -- our personal "biological clock" which dictate our lives. More than 3,000 years ago in the far East the now famous "Book of Changes" was written. The manuscript's foundation rests upon the internal cycles that govern the stages of one's life. In the 19th century, the first scientific studies of biorhythms were made in Berlin, and this science has evolved to the present day where we can literally chart the cycles of our lives. Through accurate bio-charting, we can know in advance when we will be at our best -- and worst -- in each of our cycles. Bio-Charting provides four primary cycles with six derivative cycles: three secondary and three tertiary. |

This 23-day cycle plots the cyclical changes in your physical strength, endurance, vitality and health. At high you are active and energetic, with unbound strength and vitality. Your physical system can withstand shock, injury, or stress at this time. Depending on the circumstances in your life at this time, a physical high may be externalized, as well -- for instance, you may find external physical forces (positive or negative) to be overly strong. If circumstances in your life are negative at this time, it can even signify a period of overexertion or engaging in reckless, aggressive activities. In critical phase you may tire easily, accidents may occur and you will need to exercise caution. "Critical Point" occurs when the cycle shifts from high to low or low to high, and our associated abilities are unstable. When moving from high to low, this is a negative period of over-amplification and may actually be a more crucial point than the absolute lowest of the cycle. When moving from low to high, this is generally a "turn-around" point when things stabilize or even begin looking up. When low, physical forces are at low tide with vitality and energy resources possibly drained. Fatigue is common. Rest and recuperation are important at this time. Your interest in or inclinations to physical activities are on the wane. In athletic activities, endurance is usually lessened. There is a lack of zest or spirit and a feeling of near exhaustion may follow performance. You may have physically "worn out" feelings in general during this time. Depressive tendencies may be present and must be resisted. There is a danger of overexertion if highs in the other cycles tend to override your feelings of physical low energy. Any overindulgence at this time is potentially dangerous. |

Second Primary Cycle: Emotional This 28-day cycle tracks the stability and positive energy of your psyche and outlook on life, as well as your emotional capability to relate with and build rapport with other people. When the cycle is at and entering high level, you are at an emotional high as well, and at peak for building new relationships and increasing your creativity. Your emotions are keyed to their highest levels. This is the time when you will feel most able to give support, encouragement, and understanding to friends and loved ones. It is the optimum time for strengthening your relationships. Your high emotions can also push you to great performances, especially in creative endeavors. In negative circumstances, it may be a period of emotional outbursts and amplified (over-emotional) highs. High emotions could also lead you to impulsive, rash behavior in negative circumstances. At critical, you will be emotionally unstable, experiencing wild mood swings. Your emotional low point will leave you in a relaxed state or below normal. Your emotions will be on an even keel. In situations where extreme calm or lack of emotions is required, this may be helpful. In other circumstances, your feelings, sensitivities, and awareness of your environment may be low and you may feel more inwardly directed, less able to extend yourself to others. In very negative situations, you may even experience feelings of depression or loneliness. In general, it is a time of passivity rather than engagement. |

Third Primary Cycle: Intellectual This 33-day cycle involves your mental dynamics: verbal, mathematical, symbolic, and creative abilities and skills, as well as your capacity to apply reason and analysis to the world around you. When you're in an Intellectual high period, your mind is very sharp analytically and logically. Your ability to concentrate and focus will be superlative. Your creative, writing, and decision making skills are at their peak. This is a prime time for creative thinking, composing, writing, decision-making. This is a good time for abstract reasoning, verbal fluency, understanding new concepts, number ability, memory manipulation, and for facing new challenges, taking on new work assignments. This is also a time of possible frustrations if opportunities for intellectual expansion are limited or missing. At and around the critical phase, you will find yourself growing indecisive and uncertain. As you begin moving into the low period, your ability to move into new intellectual fields will lessen. Decision-making, judgment, and concentration may be frustrating, difficult or even nigh unto impossible during this period. Impulsive, spur-of-the-moment actions with regrettable consequences are possible. Loss or relinquishment of caution or protective instincts may occur. Depressed or exhausted mental states are also possible. |

Fourth Primary Cycle: Intuitive This 38-day cycle reveals the cycle of your intuitive or "sixth sense" abilities, tracking your unconscious perceptions and instincts. At and approaching high in this cycle, your sixth sense will be at peak, and your intuitive abilities honed with sharp clarity. If you're a dreamer, you may find recall and interpretation easier, while the dreams themselves are more vivid and detailed. Visions will increase and become more focused. Intuition and insight will become focused and you can safely trust your instincts. Right around the critical phase, you will find yourself a psychic magnet, attracting all manner of negative energies and influences from around you, and the ability to discern between "yours" and others' may be beyond your grasp. This phase generally spans about three to five days in all, though it may sometimes stretch to as many as nine to eleven. As you pass beyond the critical phase and into the low, your magnetic polarity will begin to reverse, repelling outside (influencing) energies, bringing you balance and relief as you hit "bottom." As the cycle begins moving back up, your clarity of vision and discernment will steadily increase and improve. |
